In submitting this form you understand that participating in physical exercise can involve injuries and/or serious harm to an individual. You are aware that organisers of this event will only guide you through exercise and give you nutritional advice but will not force anything upon you. You have the right to refrain from anything that you feel may put you in danger or maybe of danger to others.
You also understand the process of deciding the winner for the competition and that once registration is paid there are no refunds.
You understand that the BROWN PRIDE team will be taking photos and videos throughout this challenge that may be shared on our social media platforms. You give us permission to use those images for marketing purposes.
Lastly, due to the uncertainty with this COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that at any time of this challenge there may have to be sudden adjustments made to abide by regulations. In saying that, you agree that you have had no symptoms or traces of the virus to your understanding. You agree to give your honest and most accurate information in any contact tracing or screening process that we may put into play.
